Bangs: (yes or no; describe the style if yes)

Parting: (left, right, or center; from your perspective looking at your doll)

Hair length: (bob, shoulder, waist, hips, etc.)

Hair color: (describe here; ex. “greener teal” is less ambiguous than “teal” in case reference photos appear more blue on my monitor)

Ombré depth: (only applicable to ombré orders; should the color shift occur at the roots, halfway down the strands, closer to the tips, etc.; ex. “Dark brown roots, mostly blonde” or “silver to purple fade, half&half of each color”)
