Can you recreate this wig for me?

• Due to the nature of handmade items and small batch production, some variation will occur. My specialty is working with your vision, so I encourage discussing ways to make a past concept your own.

When do orders open?

• The beginning of each month, usually on a weekend.

When do I pay?

• Payment is due up front. Due to the variety of requests, inevitably I have to purchase dyes and/or hair to fulfill orders. Even my collection of 50 dyes is not enough to make everything!

My doll isn’t a Minifee or Feeple60! Can I still order?

• Absolutely! Minifee and Feeple60 are my most popular orders, so I’ve chosen to utilize those terms, however I own a variety of BJD. Please contact me to confirm that I have a matching head size to your doll prior to the order period, so you can confidently place an order. 

Will you underdeclare my package?

• Simply put, no. This is an illegal practice, and I cannot insure a package for more than the declared value. This is to ensure the safe arrival of your order, and to cover replacement if a shipping mishap were to occur. Please familiarize yourself with your local duties and fees, as these are the recipients’ responsibility.
